Andy Lieberman is an experienced attorney with more than twenty years of practice advising individuals and businesses across a broad range of legal matters, with a primary focus on business and real estate law. Andy possesses substantial courtroom and trial experience. He began his legal career as an Assistant Public Defender, where he handled numerous criminal jury trials.  This early litigation foundation sharpened his advocacy skills, strategic analysis, and negotiation abilities, which he now leverages to achieve effective and efficient resolutions for his clients in both transactional and dispute-related matters.

Prior to establishing his own practice, Andy served as counsel for a national title insurance underwriter and later owned and operated title insurance agencies in Florida. His background provides a rare dual perspective in both the legal and operational sides of real estate and business operations. He has assisted clients in closing transactions ranging from local single-family home purchases to large, out-of-state development projects, and is well-versed in title review, underwriting issues, risk mitigation, and transaction management.
